On Guinea Pigs, Bunnys and Weddings.

Tomorrow are going out to toast our recently departed Guinea pig, Rusty.  He didn’t like us, and I never particularly liked him; but at least he had all the food and water he could wish for with his little piggy heart in his twilight years, and was warm and comfy. It’s as good an excuse as any to go out for a drink, eh? This weekend we are going to Dad’s place to have easter dinner with him and Karen. Samantha and David will be there as well, and I can’t wait to see them all. My family has been through some tough times in the past couple of years, and by and large, everything feels like it is starting to really feel right again.

As I promised earlier, I was going to write a bit about the wedding. Well, we didn’t want to have a traditional wedding, so we are going to be married in the Caribbean on a cruise. We have requested to be married at 3:30, on Jan 7th, 2008… that being the best timeframe available. We were thinking the back deck, but also may consider the library if the layout/ decor suit us. Almost all of my family is coming, which has me tickled pink… I’m really glad Erin has been accepted so readily into our little tribe of insanity.  Here is the ship we will be on at the time of the cruise; I have heard nothing but great things about it =)
